How a custom order works
1. Tell us what you want
Pick a product and fill in the personalisation boxes — your wording, a font, a colour. Got a logo or a sketch? Upload it right there.
2. Approve the proof
We send you a drawing of exactly how it will look, usually within one business day. Nothing goes near the laser until you say yes.
3. We cut and ship
Most orders leave the workshop in 3–5 business days. Local pickup on Long Island is free, and always will be.
A family workshop, not a print farm
Isik Designs started in a Long Island garage in 2024 and still runs the same way — every piece is set up, cut and checked by hand before it goes in the box.
That is why we send a proof on every custom job, and why we would rather email you about a typo than ship you something wrong.
